We highly recommend visiting the barn prior to reserving the date for your event. You can take a look at the facilities and start dreaming about having your event with us. We pride ourselves on providing nothing more and nothing less than you need for the perfect event.
Rental Fee includes the following service:
A full day for your event at The Barn & Grounds, where you can arrange your reception, ceremony, dinner and party at different areas of the property, in and outside of the barn.
The entire previous day for set up and rehearsal (8 am–7 pm)
Use of: 17 banquet tables, 30 round tables, 300 chairs, and a raised stage area for the wedding party.
The Barn is beautifully lit with hundreds of lights.
- An extensive list of vendor recommendations, with a focus on all local quality specialists, caterers, the best lodging options, etc.
- Flooring plans or seating arrangements fora a variety of party sizes, sparing you a lot of puzzling hours.
- A second meeting two weeks prior to the event with a walk-through of the property to finalize “day-of” needs, possibly in collaboration with your caterer.
The Celebration Barn music & bar closes at 11:30 pm. You will have until midnight to clean up and collect items. A rate of $100/hr will be charged if the clean-up goes past midnight.
